The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Sections 414 of the IPC and section 18, 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 21.4.2015. The petitioner is in jail since 9.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.443 of 2014 (Tr.No.25/2015).
