The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution, it is a case of robbery of motorcycle, mobile, bag Aadhar Card, Pan Card, two ATM and purse containing Rs. 2,500/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and committed no offence. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Chhoti Pandey @ Rajnish Pandey. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Case No. 276 of 2022, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Barh.
