The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahere P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of sword, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
