The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner runs a motor garage from where the motorcycle in question is said to have been recovered. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is submitted that somebody had parked the motorcycle in his open garage.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial
