On information that miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, raid was laid when from room No. 106 of Shubham Hotel three persons were apprehended. One of the apprehended accused suggested the name of the petitioner and others as persons who asked the apprehended accused to bring the arms from his house for committing dacoity. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. The investigation has already concluded and co-accused Ajay Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr.
