The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The brother of the victim made an allegation that the petitioner kidnapped his sister, namely, Sangita Devi but the victim in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. disclosed that she went along with Lal Mohan Paswan, the petitioner and wanted to marry with him. She had love affairs with the petitioner. No body kidnapped her.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30543 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lalan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015.
