JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent but in the present case, there is only allegation against him that he demanded donation-cum-extortion money from the informant, for which, he is languishing in jail custody since 12-05-2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
