Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case falsely due to dirty village politics. As a matter of fact, this is not a case of kidnapping or abduction, rather it is a matter of love affair. Further, F.I.R. named accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57662 of 2018(2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 53583 of 2017 (Annexure-2).

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 316 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
