2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 398 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of one country made loaded pistol in which two live cartridges of 7.65 bore were recovered from the bed of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner's name has surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Dhiraj Singh who was arrested by the police and from whose possession live cartridges had been recovered. It is submitted that the seizure list has been prepared in violation of Section 100 of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP opposes the petition, submitting petitioner has been implicated on the confessional statement of coaccused Dhiraj Singh which has led to recovery of incriminating articles from conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
