1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 27 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the allegation made in the FIR is totally false, in fact the so-called victim left her parent's house according to her own will on account of having love affair with this petitioner and she solemnized marriage with this petitioner and presently she is residing in the house of the petitioner and in the present petition, she is a deponent. 4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

5. Considering the above submissions, this Court is inclined to accept the bail prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Magadh University P.S.
