The petitioner is in custody since 17-03-2015 in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-B) a/26 of Arms Act The prosecution case on the basis of written report of S.I. of Police Mahesh Lal (informant) is that on 08.03.2015 at 10.30. P.M. the informant and along with other police personals were on patrolling duty. At about 12.45 A.M. he received a secret information that Md. Mansoor has illegal arms in his house at village- Dhankaul. On this information he along with the police party reached the house of this petitioner and searched in the presence of two independent witnesses (i) Md. Khalid Ansari and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29161 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 (ii) Md. Basarat and found one country made pistol under the pillow on the bed of this petitioner. After that he prepared the seizure list and registered a case against this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, as stated in para-3 of the petition and he has been falsely implicated.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Teghra P.S.Case No. 67 of 2015.
