JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 16.3.2016 in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken under Section 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture after ten years of marriage. Though the case has not been registered under section 494 IPC but the accusation has also been levelled that the petitioner has performed second marriage.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant. The investigation has already concluded Considering the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on
