ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019 in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No.481 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to have molested the informant in a moving auto-rickshaw. It is further submitted that the main accused persons had fled away whereas the petitioner was taken into custody and he has been languishing in jail. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Chhotu Singh has since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr.Misc. No.52116 of 2019, vide order dated 26.08.2019.
