Petitioner who has got criminal antecedent as has been divulged under para-3 of the instant petition along with Sonu Kumar as well as Ajay Kumar was apprehended from a hotel room having in possession of explosive substance where they have stayed for preparation of commission of dacoity at the instance of Prince Yadav as well as Rakesh Kumar in the house of Baba @ Prashant Mishra as he was not obliging them.

It is apparent that petitioner happens to be under custody since 13-07-2014. It is also apparent that plea of Sonu Kumar had already been rejected on 12.12.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No.46788 of 2014 while other co-accused Ajay Kumar stood bailed out on 03.03.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No.49703 of 2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16226 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 Thus, taking into account the period of detention in consonance with the subsequent development as incorporated above, petitioner Vikash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vth, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.195 of 2014 leading to Sessions Trial No.845 of 2014.
