Petitioner is accused in connection with Sherghatti (Dhobhi) P.S. Case No. 497 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 30(a), 32(2) of Bihar Prohibition Act. The accusation is of recovery of 200 litres of country-made wine from the vehicle.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.10.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.51533 of 2016 (3) dt.19-01-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sherghatti, Gaya in connection with Sherghatti (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 497 of 2016.
