2. The present MJC is filed for non-compliance of order dated 19.08.2014 passed in LPA No. 679 of 2012 arising out of CWJC No. 10443 of 2011 with I.A. No. 3240 of 2012.

3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties on instruction submitted that on 16.11.2022, LPA No. 679 of 2012 along with LPA No. 891 of 2012 arising out of CWJC No. 10443 of 2011 with I.A. No. 3240 of 2012 was dismissed.

4. In view of disposal of LPA, contempt petition against the interim order dated 19.08.2014 does not survive as on today, since interim order merges with the final order in the light of Apex Court decision in the case of Kalabharati Advertising Vs. Hemanth Vimal Nath Narichania reported in (2010) 9SCC 437.

5. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings of present MJC No. 3148 of 2019 stands dropped.
