The petitioners are aggrieved by the award dated 22.05.2023, issued under the Land Acquisition Case No. 02 of 2019-20, vide notice 5746-5748 dated 22.05.2023, issued by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Madhubani whereby the petitioners have been communicated with respect to the award passed for acquisition of their land for establishment of 13233 K.V., Electricity Supply Sub-Division, Phulparas, Madhubani.

3. After some arguments, learned Advocate for the petitioners fairly contended that the petitioners intend to file an application before the Collector for reference of the matter before the authority.

4. In view of the fair submission, the writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a proper application before the Collector for reference of the matter. In case, such an application is filed preferably within a period of four weeks, the same shall be taken up and the matter shall be referred expeditiously within the statutory period.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
