The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 121, 121B, 120B, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, different sections of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country-made pistol, besides other articles, was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 22.09.2014. Nand Lal Kumar Bhagat has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-
