The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 registered under Sections 8, 20(c) (iii)(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Considering that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the statement made by the driver of the vehicle from which 363 kg. ganja was recovered, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
