The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code in which Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code has been added later on.

The informant posted an advertisement on OLX. Com for sale of his mobile. Rohan contacted the informant from his mobile number 7301720908 for purchasing the mobile but Rohan fled away with the mobile without paying the price. The petitioner is the employee of Raja Telecom who purchased the mobile of the informant from Rohan.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2015, he above named is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29616 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Khushboo Srivastav, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Sri Krishna Puri P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015.
