ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2017 in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No.79 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
In view of the fact that the petitioner is one of the main assailants, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
