Petitioner is said to have assaulted informant's father with iron rod causing head injury to him. Similarly, informant's father was assaulted by co-accused Chamak Lal Singh who has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that both parties have lodged cases against each others, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Sahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case no. 183/2014.
