Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections3(1)/3(2)/4/5/6/7 of the I. T.P. Act. No doubt, petitioner is said to be caught in the house, in which, brothel was being run but according to prosecution case itself, the aforesaid brothel was being run by co-accused Ashok Kumar and, therefore, even if, prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, the petitioner appears to be only a customer. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
