JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 363, 376, 511, 354-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7, 8 of POCSO Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report with specific allegation that he took away the informant and made attempt to outrage her modesty. The victim has supported the incident in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Therefore, in my view, it is not a fit case for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57249 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 petitioner stands rejected.
