Petitioner seeks bail in Karja P.S. Case No.140 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Santosh Kumar.

Petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2019 having clean antecedents.
