Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) pointed out by the office within four weeks. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered u/s 341, 323, 325, 354, 504, 506/34 of the IPC. Vide order dated 28.01.2022, petitioner was granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on the ground that petitioner had to appear in the Intermediate examination, which was to be commenced from 01.02.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant's side has lodged another case against the petitioner and other accused persons for the same occurrence in which all accused including petitioner are on police bail. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67572 of 2021(3) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 submitted that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.01.2022, in connection with Kako (Bhelawar O.P.) P.S. Case No.117/2020 is hereby confirmed.
