2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 680 of 2021 for the offence registered under Sections 33, 34, 36 of the Excise Act, 2016.
4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to be involved in the business of liquor.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail by contending that the petitioner has 22 more criminal antecedents of similar nature.
7. In view of the facts, as mentioned above, and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
8. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
