Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326(A), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 398 of 2015 arising out of Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015 pending in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37369 of 2016 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 the court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan is again rejected. However, learned trial court must expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
