The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that the marriage of informant was solemnized with co-accused Mir Mansuri in the year 2013. After marriage, all the accused persons committed torture and pressurized her to leave matrimonial house. On 10.04.2021 at 8.30 'O' clock when the informant reached at the

No.66252 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/3 door of her Gotani Samira Khatoon for the purpose of meeting with her, in the meantime, father of Gotani Qutubuddin @ Mulai has caught her hair and dropped on the earth and his four sons namely Noor Alam, Fajle Alam, Najare Alam (petitioner), Kismat Alam and his daughter Saleha Khatoon assaulted her with lathi, danda and rod, as a result of which informant's head was broken. It is further alleged that Rajiv Mansuri (Bhaisur of victim/informant) and Gotani Samira Khatoon assaulted the sister of informant Angoori Khatoon with knife on her head as a result of which her sister got severely injured. It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Case and counter case. The present case is counter blast of Sheohar PS Case No. 143 of 2021.

The doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Petitioner no. 1 is brother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law of petitioner no. 1. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40411 of 2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66252 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 3/3 receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
