The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation against the petitioner and others that they kidnapped his daughter but the victim made her statement and disclosed that nobody kidnapped her and she voluntarily left her house and solemnized marriage with the petitioner. The victim disclosed her age to be 20 years. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sir Nisit Dayal, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhagalpur in Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 35/2015.
