The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant stated that he asked the petitioner to remove NAD from his land and some altercation took place. In the meanwhile, Santosh Mahto came and pierced dagger in the abdomen of his son, Naresh Mahto. Naresh Mahto died during the course of treatment. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Revilganj P.S.
