JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased. No doubt, deceased died in other than normal circumstances within two months of her marriage and there is allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing but the F.I.R. itself goes to show that deceased committed suicide. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42499 of 2016 (4) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri J. Jamal, Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 217 of 2016.
