He is in custody since 26.06.2017.
It is alleged that 100 litres country made liquor have been recovered.
Keeping in view that the trial of the case will take some time, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge-
