ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 8.4.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 9849 of 2013.

Considering that only for non-production of accused persons, the Judgment has not been delivered, I see no reason to review the earlier order refusing bail and hence the prayer is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to take stringent steps against the jail authorities, if the accused is not produced before the Court concerned on the date fixed.

The application stands dismissed.
