While for the purpose of preparation of voter list photography was going on, unknown miscreants having in police dress came over motorcycle and snatched away camera from the photographer so deployed for the aforesaid purpose. Although, the case has been registered against unknown however during course of investigation all the witnesses whoever been examined has named the petitioner along with Prakash Yadav, Bhola Thakur who happens to be active member of MCC. Furthermore, the case happens to be of the year 2004 and after consume 11 years petitioner's presence has been prepared and is under custody since 18.02.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17551 of 2015 (3) dt.24-06-2015 Taking into account the conduct of the petitioner, prayer for bail is rejected at the present moment. In case so advised may renew after framing of charge.
