2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner was caught with one country made pistol, one live cartridge and one mobile phone. The recovered mobile phone was looted in another case. The petitioner is accused in 18 more cases. The petitioner is in jail since 24.01.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, I am
