Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that he has been made accused in this case in course of investigation on the ground that some stolen articles were recovered from his conscious possession. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that seizure list annexed as annexure 2 to this petition goes to show that said recovery was made from possession of co-accused Arbind Paswan. Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
