The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other sections of the IPC.
The petitioner along with other accused persons is alleged to have caught Rajnish Kumar and assaulted with knife. From perusal of the injury report, it appears that Rajnish Kumar got injuries on different parts of his body but he insisted for better treatment and that is why, he was referred to PMCH but the doctor did not give opinion on the nature of the injury. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than 8 months.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Considering the facts that the petitioner is in jail for more than eight months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Manoj Kumar Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.Case No.301 of 2014 (G.R.No.4893 of 2014).
