The petitioner seeks bail in Tarapur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.08.2021. Vide order dated 01.12.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that charge has already been framed.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2020 having clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66158 of 2021(3) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2020.
