The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. According to the prosecution case, a loaded countrymade pistol is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.08.2014 with a direction to the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar to conclude the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20433 of 2015 (3) dt.24-06-2015 2 / 2 trial within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order failing which the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail. It has been contended that till date even charges have not been framed.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on finishing bail bond of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Daudnagar P.S.
