JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2023 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a fresh application for grant of arms license, after complying with the requisite formalities, as prescribed under the new Arms Rules, 2016. Liberty so sought is granted.
