JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 27.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39199 of 2021 to the extent of condition no. 4 which is as follows: 'Petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present, as directed by the Court and on his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.' It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has got the job of computer programmer in OASIS Investment Co. (L.C.C.) at U.A.E for which he has to move abroad to join the job. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.
