The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 395 and 397 of the I.P.C.
Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner and 20 others unknown looted Rs.8000/- cash, two ATM card, Pan card etc. from the informant on the point of revolver.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.5.2017. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to political enmity. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 20.5.2017 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.
