The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act.

The accusation is of consumption of electricity energy unauthorizedly. The total loss has been calculated to the tune of Rs. 3,62,395/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 99,599/- and further he undertakes to deposit 20% of the total calculated loss within a period of four weeks.

On deposit of 20% of the total calculated loss, let the

Case No. 19 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
