At an earlier occasion, prayer for bail made on behalf of petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 30.03.2015 (Annexure-1) in order to maintain parity in the order as by a Coordinate Bench, the prayer for bail of co-accused Munna Mian @ Jaffir Alam got rejected under Criminal Miscellaneous No.50878 of 2014.

From Annexure-3, it is apparent that aforesaid Munna Mian @ Jaffir Alam had already been granted by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 30.03.2015 under Cr. Appeal No.525 of 2015 arising out of SLP (CRL) No.1534 of 2015. Accordingly, petitioner, Chulahi Sahani @ Baliram Sahani @ Chulhai Sahani is directed to be released on bail on
