2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 08.05.2024 passed in A.B.P. No. 2043 of 2024, arising out of Complaint Case No. 2444 of 2023 (Trial No. 2687 of 2024) registered for the offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 34 of the I.P.C., by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 19, East Champaran, Motihari.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
