The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have made interpolation in the death certificate of villagers in order to get the family benefit scheme.

It is submitted that death certificate is issued by Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat. Petitioner is not the office bearer of the Gram Panchayat. Petitioner is in jail since 23.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
