The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added against unknown persons. Considering the fact that the petitioner's name has surfaced on the basis of the certain information received by the Police from secret source and that motorcycle allegedly was not recovered from his conscious possession, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case
