2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 354 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. As per prosecution, 80 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered, having clean antecedent and he is in jail since 16.07.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56786 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 after completing six months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-IV cum Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court no.-II, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 354 of 2023.
