It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that mobile, trough which extortion money was demanded, stands in the name of Mamta Devi who disclosed name of Akhilesh Singh and after that Akhilesh Singh confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of petitioner in the alleged crime.

Taking note of aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dwijendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sadar, Motihari/concerned court in Kalyanpur P.S. Case no. 239/2014.
